Please read these Terms and Conditions (“terms”) carefully before using The Wandering Mindset also known as thewanderingMindy.com (the "Website") operated by Mindy McNamara ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the “Website” is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the "Website."

By accessing or using the “Website,” you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, do not continue to use the “Website.”

Intellectual property rights

This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by “Website.” Unless otherwise stated, themindsetbymindy.com and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights published on this Site and materials used on thewanderingMindy.com, including all text, images and logo.

Digital products

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales made are final. There will be no refunds or exchange of items once a purchase is complete.
The fonts, images, and elements used are all available on Canva. Please note that you are purchasing the template only. The images and fonts used are properties of Canva. You may use them, or use your own. Some of the images or fonts may be Premium Canva elements, in which case, you may change the image or font with your own or a free image or font available with the free Canva account. Or, you can purchase the premium Canva images/fonts/elements.
All products are sold to individuals. The license to the template is given to the buyer only. See the license details below.
All Canva template purchase links expire after 90 days. Please open all Canva templates in the bundle PDF, so they’re saved in your Canva account. Once you open them, they’ll always be accessible within Canva, but you’ll lose access to the downloadable PDF after 90 days.

You may use this template for personal use or commercial use. Each purchase grants ONE license to you – the buyer – only. See usage details and restrictions below:

You may NOT redistribute or resell this product or modified version of this product in its editable template format.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the “Website” be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, etc) however caused. These limitations of liability apply even if thewanderingMindy.com has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be governed by laws of New Haven, CT.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the “Website” at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the “Website”. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the “Website” after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the “Website” you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the “Website”.
